Your cardio-vascular net won't be so proud, and neither will anything else
that depends on your adrenal regulation.

Let the steam off as and when it builds, and not just when it's no longer
containable, Rob.

If an idiot cuts you off on the highway (or runs a red light or whatever)
and barely misses killing you, it's appropriate to *SCREAM*! Pull over,
stop the car and go kick the wall of the nearest building, or even your own
car's wheels if there's nothing else to kick.

Keep screaming and kicking until there's no fear, anger or venom left in
you. Then you'll be able to face the world again, knowing that you've got
none of that nasty shit left to hold against the rest of the world.
