Temperate rainforest. Cool (occasionally cold,) very wet, and sometimes
hurricane-type windy.
Temps are a lot like Martha's Vineyard most of the year, but it's windier
and a *lot* wetter here.

That's only a very tiny bit (like 4 or 5º) of the 180º view from the porch.
The shot is zoomed in on the ferry, which is 2 miles away and only 245 feet
long.

husband to get me out of HOT Arizona and into an area like
yours as soon as my girls get out of school...I just don't think
I want to wait that long!!
