The only thing in this entire world, and this includes EVERYTHING, thats
been shown to extend lifespan is a calorie restricted diet. Regardless of
what macronutrients constitute it. (fats, oils, carbs, proteins.)

And this would NOT be a good thing for an MSer. We need some cushion should
we go through several months where its difficult eating.
