will the bands they want to see if it is MS show if i am not in an
attack?

i have lingering signs --- fatigure, frozen toes and numb thumb when
hot or tired

do they always show if you have MS?

My neuro had it ordered and done when I was symptom free too. The MS
diagnosis is really tricky, it took my neuro 5 years to say it.
