| Fred;
I've never read the book, so I can't say anything about what else is in
it.
OK, so I haven't found something yet that says aspartane causes MS.
Now the next person who tells me it does is going to get the "sources,
please" from me. I've heard this from more than my sister. . .
>Some people think that PwMSs should never use
>aspartame. I don't. For some it may be fine. I think that PwMSs should try
>an aspartame-free diet and see if it helps. It may not.
And I don't think anybody should ever use aspartame. IMO, it was
railroaded through the FDA by a chemical company. I've seen ads for
"diet" food that state it does not contain aspartame, which tells me
other people are being cautious about it. I'm very skeptical of ANY
fake food these days; I wish I could obtain all organic food. That
genetically engineered stuff sounds scary.
