Sylvia, thanks for bringing that up. there have been two times when
i've had my potassium level tested and it came up low -- once after
Solu-medrol treatment, and again this past Jan., after my one and only
Novantrone infusion. i've got potassium supplements on the counter; the
docs advised me to use them along WITH added dietary potassium-rich
stuff, so i've got supplements right here! :->
over the course of yesterday, i went from having the cramps and spasms
in my calf, to having them go up the entire right side of my body --
that's my 'bad side.' shoulders, arms, leg, even the ribcage area with
the tiny little small muscles that you never even notice are there,
till they start jumping up and hollering. :/ i took the day kind of
'off' -- took some Valium, smoked some MJ, stayed off my feet, didn't
twist up into any weird positions trying not to fall, and i'm feeloing
better today.
i think i'll add the potassium supplements in anyway; they've been
helpful in the past. :->
thanks again Sylvia,
rose
