Just wondering where you are, Randall. I have not seen any posts by you
lately. Are you OK?

Yes as posted to you offline I'm A OK.

For those who wonder if i've fallen off the planet, i've been busy with
life. Family problems have taken me to the emergency room a few times
in the last week.

Not a fun place. But the relatives are feeling and looking much better.

Thank God for doctors when you actually need one.

Just think if some higher level intelligence came to earth and
used us for tests. Would they treat us better then we treat rats, mice
and worms? How about gut flora then? Would they allow all their
good flora to be overtaken by the bad gut bugs?

Up untill now i didn't think that sugar beets held much for me.

Is the bad gut flora all a yin for sin due to forks disease?

Didn't we mostly think that sugar was bad for us? I don't mean lactose
of
course, or galactose either for that mattter.

But simple beet sugars?

randall... I may have a change of mind? Scalpel please...

I can't choke down beets. How about using CDP-Choline to raise uridne
levels and maybe help the liver too?
"Plasma uridine was elevated significantly for 5-6 hr
after all three doses, increasing by as much as 70-90% after the 500 mg

dose, and by 100-120% after the 2000 mg dose."

Sorry, I have been and continue to be very very busy. Just too much to
do and too little time. I have had to take a break from searching for the
"cure".

I am just taking a couple mutilple vitamins a day for now, until I have
more time to get back to investigating.

When I was getting the best results, I made a list of what I was taking. I
want to go back and work from there. I figure that I must have been
doing something right. I just need to get to the bottom of it. I attributed
the results to niacin flushing, but I think there was more to it. I think
the
answer was very close, and I let it slip away by getting side tracked.

Right now I have some boron on back order. When it comes in, I will
be able to re-examine what I was doing to get the dramatic results and
go from there.
