Thanks for the advice. I have obtained some sub-lingual B12
(methylcobalamin).

I threw the cyanocobalamin in the garbage, after I learned about the cyande
it can
release, if it is ever used at all. It seems most liekly that it is mostly
just excreted in
the urine without doing anything in the body. Totally worthless crap.
