Hey Raoul. How is your skin now after the Tumeric? I am taking the capsules
and haven't notice a damn difference. I remember years ago I was taking this
too. Used it in all my food.

But I will continue can't hurt me. Supposed to be a good Anti-Oxident at
least.

Keep on buggering on, Hugs, Wanderer

I'm taking a 1/4 teaspoon of the powder in a glass of water three times a
day, not worrying about what I eat and have been boozing pretty hard this
week (family in from the mainland parties...whooo-HOOO...beverages make 'em
easier to deal with). The percentage of coverage hasn't decreased, but the
thickness of the patches definitely have and the itching is still 1% of what
it used to be. In about a month I'll see my derm again and see what he
says. I'll probably go back to the psoriatane again but continue the
turmeric. Turmeric doesn't seem to be a cure for me, but it has surely
eased the pain-in-the-XXX aspect of P.

I'll admit that I don't understand 80% of what some of you guys say in here
(the studies, nutritional stuff, etc), but anti-oxidant properties sure
sound good to me!

Thanks for asking. Good luck.

Ha Ha. Well the thing we all understand is the aggrevation, pain, shame,
discomfort of the condition.
Well I am going to keep up the turmeric also ........... if is does any good
at all that would be great. And the I prefer the capsules but I will dash it
all over my food too. I like curry so it won't be difficult to sprinkle it
on my food.
I am seeing a derm pretty soon. I haven't seen one for ages. I guess I ran
the gamit of treatments years ago and ran out of patience. I hate being a
lab rat. I have Fibromyaligia also so I don't have much energy.
Take care and enjoy the party!!!!
