This summer I spent a weekend in Barcelona. Unfortunately i fell asleep at
the beach and the result was a wicked sunburn. The only good thing that
arose from that is now my back is completely free and clear of anything
but smooth white spots. I go to UV treatments and i dont find they do
anything but make my skin tender. Cant i just go sunburning outside?

You don't want to burn, you want to get just a little red, that's what
they say at UV therapy.

But sure, the sun is the therapy when you go to the Dead Sea, and lots
of people see improvement in the summer from even modest sun exposure.

"Your mileage may vary" is the basic rule.

i was actually at the dead sea this summer too and it was sooo hot!! my
legs cleared up but little else. i spent a lot of time in solariums which
really helped with the whole self consciousness thing. i just wish my
scalp could have cleared up too. do u think the water at the dead sea
helps?
