| Okay, we know there is no cure. Ice can help subdue an outbreak, but
that's not an especially conveniet fix.
Six weeks ago I had an outbreak on my lower back. Looking at the lesion
over my sholder and into a mirror, I caught sight of my bottle of Olay
Skin Regenerist. I thought, "Well, what the hey," and smeared some onto
the lesion.
The sore never itched, burned, bubbled or oozed. In fact, it
disappeared in about four days.
"Whoa!" I said, "have I found a cure?"
The answer is no. The next day I had another lesion, but it was small.
I treated it with the Olay product and it too disappeared in about four
days without the usual discomfort.
So earlier this week, I get another breakout and I treat it. It behaves
as outlined above. A second lesion has not appeared.
So, would someone with an active sore who has some of the Olay stuff,
please try it out for me and see if you get similar results?
Thanks,
Nancy
