| Hi, well one thing you might try, but you have to do it for a couple of
months to be sure, is to go on a monophasic birth control pill without
breaks. A couple of them are Seasonale and Yasmin. I've heard both are
really good. I use Yasmin, but others have used Seasonale. Sometimes our
bodies don't respond well to one, but will do okay on another. It took me a
year of sampling them to find that Yasmin was the best one for me. They are
typically low dose and have some diuretic component so there is not
bloating.
It sounds like the increase in progesterone and decrease in estrogen is
better for you. I wonder, you don't have endometriosis or Polycystic Ovary
Syndrome, do you?
