Yep - I have a Timex GPS system with a heart rate monitor. It stores
all of my HR information (high, low, average, time spent in target HR
zone, etc.) in the watch and I record it after working out. Also I
don't run at the same speeds all the time. I also do speedwork which
gets the heart rate up as well. It's not like I'm just plodding alonmg
on the roads everyday.

Changes in weather trigger my migraines as well as barometric pressure
changes. My last migraine was Sunday when we had a bunch of
thunderstorms roll through bringing in a cold front.
