I actually don't get migraines when I am under stress. My triggers are
odours. If I avoid people, public places and hibernate in my home, I
do not have the migraines.

Unfortunately, I need to go out and I encounter smoke, fragrance,
mould, cut grass, pollen, carpet fresheners, room deodorizers, tar,
acetone etc.
