Good for you. You're doing a whole lot more than I can.

There are some poses I can't do on some days because my head hurts.
And balance? Puleeze. I have none either! My friend Beverly, who goes
to class with me, was doing a very complicated balance pose the other
day, *sneezed*, and didn't even wobble. I just looked at her and said
"show off"...(we have a very informal class).
At any rate, if I can't do an inversion on some days I just don't. I
adjust the class to suit my needs for the day. Yoga still helps me a
huge amount, so I do what I can when I can.
