My migraines are under control now (knock on wood). I'm curious if others
have any of these triggers. They never fail to give me a migraine.

Natamycin: This one was really hard for me to pin down because shredded
cheese manufacturers started adding it to the cheese I had been using for
years. It's "a natural mold inhibitor" but unfortunately it is refined from
a mold or a moldlike bacterium. Most of my food triggers are mold-related.
In the last year I have been unable to find any commercially available
shredded cheese in my area without this crap in it. I've also found it
added to sour cream (but of course I didn't read the label until after my
headache started

Beano: This one was easy to pin down because it starts the minute I swallow
the damn pill and it doesn't let up for 12 hours. It's also refined from a
microbe.

I also have to avoid peanuts, but I can get away with the occasional PB & J
without getting a headache.
