Author Triptan Rebound HA, what do you do?

I periodically rebound on Imitrex, Frova, Relpax, etc.

What do you do to get over the more frequent migraines?

I generally stop all medication, but wind up with a severe migraine (in
bed for a day), but less frequent migraines for about a month or two.
Then, I start to rebound again, and the frequency increases. Pattern
repeats itself again.

I'm looking for suggestions on what else there might be to do with
rebound HA's besides going cold turkey. Thanks.

To follow up, my doctor prescribed Medrol (prednisone) and Vistaril
(sedative, works for headaches). I started to get another headache
last night, so I started the Medrol. So far, it seems to be working.

Great, that should help. I noticed when I use my medrol packs that I can
become a bit jittery, get hungry, and sometimes bloat a bit...also, I might
have insominia worse than I normally do. Overall, it helps though.

Good luck!~

If you do a google search for my name and rebound, you'll get a LOT of info.
