| I am coming out of a nasty bout. Apparently the flu shots work as I have NEVER felt this way as long as I can remember. And of course this year I didn't even bother to go get my flu shot.
However, I STILL have not had a migraine, despite feeling horrible, sleeping poorly, stuffed up head.etc........
crossing fingers as I approach two months!!

| Yay for almost 2 months migraine free! That's fantastic! (I'm new
here again, so have you started new meds or ?? to make the migs stay
away?)
Sorry to hear about the flu though. Hopefully it will pass soon!

| nope the scary thing is I haven't done anything different. a friend said maybe I have outgrown them! Wish!!!!!!!!

| two months is wonderful, mari kay , but I am sorry about your flu - I don't have a choice, with MS and an immuno-suppresant drug that goes with it, I have to get vaccinated.
