If you have any idea that might help me get the picture, if you think i have

Man, that list of symptoms could mean "anything" is wrong with you.
Then again, it could mean nothing is wrong with you except stress.
Go see a neurologist and get some blood, heart, nerve/ EEG tests.
Also, monitor what you eat and what happens when you don't. Blood
sugar is important.
I have some of the symptoms you have. In fact, you fit the profile well of
having *tension headaches*. Tension headaches can be constant. They are
real...they are treatable aside from any other ailment you might have.
But the feelings in your abdomen and the abnormalities of blood/nerve
sensations in your body don't quite fit with most tension headache
sufferers.
That's either psychosomatic...or there is something wrong with your body
somewhere.
I have Chronic Daily Headache (CDH). Without meds I'm anxious and my
headache is worse. And yes, it gets worse when I read, drive, walk, drink
Coke etc...just like you describe.
I also get mentally disorganized...but there seems to be no solution to that
except
reducing the stress in my life.
Now, if there is nothing physically wrong with you, and a doctor (or two)
has
given you the proper tests to exclude common medical problems, trying
meditation (www.fhu.com) and/or psychotropic meds to calm your nerves
wouldn't be
a bad thing.
There are a lot of people who suffer from stress, and meds like Prozac can
reduce anxiety
and headaches.
I take clonopin and desipramine. Desipramine is the ONLY medication that
reduces the
tension in my head, and clonopin brings me *down* so I'm not so nervous.
Clonopin ( a form of Valium) has a good "clamping down" effect on my psyche.
I've also had good experiences with Ultram (Tramadol HCL). Its acts as an
antidepressant
and a pain reliever. Other people have received no benefit from it
whatsoever.
Its all hit and miss unfortunately.
Whatever is going on with you, you should be able to find a doctor that
will help you.
If not a GP, then a neurologist, then a shrink.
Good luck!
Happy holidays!
