what's with all the ' ' on your site
I thought that it implied poor quality design

| My free critique:
1) the whole site looks like it was cut out and pasted, and the colours ran
in the glue;
2) the whole site is full of grammatical and spelling errors, not very
professional in my opinion. EG.:
I build fully functional web sites, built from the ground up to suit your
personal or business
needs. I also provide additional services such as site maintenance web
hosting domain regestration.
Should read: "I build fully functional web sites, from the ground up, to
suit your personal or business needs. I also provide additional services,
such as site maintenance, web hosting and domain registration."
*registration* is spelled with one *e* and one *i*.
3) the site is passive, no movement, no colour changes, no apparent
creativity, and no gallery of other sites he has designed. If this is the
best example of his work, I see why he is spamming ACCOUNTING newsgroups.
