I have just started on dexedrine and am having very good results.

I want to know: what is the latest time you take your last dose?

Also: if a 5mg dose of Dexedrine only lasts for 2 hours, then should I
take a 5mg dose every 2 hours (or should I take a 10mg dose which might
last for 4 hours)?
Would appreciate the advice.

(ps we don't have adderall in England)

Personally, I find that Dexedrine is retained a lot longer in me.
Subjectively, speaking, 4 to 6 hours. I am quite 'sensitive' to it and
don't use much. I use Dexedrine to adjust the effects of Ritalin whose
effect wears off much more quickly, even the delayed release "talcum
powder" coated pill variety of Ritalin (methiphenidate).

It varies quite a lot for different people. I take regular
methylphenidate (Ritalin) and I take it four times a day - every four
hours. It does not keep me awake, even if I take it soon before bed.
You just have to experiment and find out what work for you. Every two
hours is unusually often, though.
