It gets discussed here periodically. Most of the "research" is published in
magazines owned by a manufacturer of neorofeedback equipment who has
carefully constructed their magazine to give the impression of being a
peer-reviewed scientific journal.
The bottom line is that there is a very small body of real evidence that
suggests that in the hands of an expert practitioner (I'm talking about an
MD here, not a technician) it can after many expensive treatments possibly
confer some degree of benefit.
None of the people who have decided to try it have come back here and told
us that it worked.
View it as a last resort after the conventional treatments have been tried
and have failed.
