Infrared Tinnitus Treatment

| Dr. Ronald Steenerson in Atlanta 404-851-9093 is doing some sort of infrared
treatment for tinnitus. Puts pads on your ears for a while, 2-3 times a
week for 3 weeks and supposedly alleviates T symptoms. He's writing a study
on it.
Has anyone heard of this type of thing before?

That sounds like something that was being done in China a while back.
I never heard anything positive about it.
