Larger electronics are always better than electronics stuffed into tiny
spaces. By large , I do not mean much larger than a BTE but certainly
larger than a CIC.

It really doesn't matter about the size that I am thinking about
because the earphone is so large anyways and the HA electronics would
get lost in there.
