I would like your opinion. My old audie retired and I went to a new one to
repair a hearing aid. After testing, he told me to try a newer one with a
directional mike. In the one I tried, the front mike was totally ineffective so
he ordered another one. Unfortunately meantime my experience with him showed
that he's not reliable, never keeps his word, doesn't want to tell me the
price of the aid, says he'll call "next day" - but it'll be weeks, etc. Now my
new aid is here. Can I insure that after I pay for it in full, I won't have an
uphill battle to return the aid for refound if needed? I agree to lose some
money but would like to avoid problems and delays. Thanks for any advice on
this, EllenJ

If I acted that way towards one of my patients I wouldn't expect them to
want to continue with me. I surely wouldn't stay with someone who treated me
as you describe. Is there another one you can go to see?

Yes, there are, but I already got involved and wonder if I can get out of the
deal now after he ordered an h.a. for me? EJ

I have 2 extra molds I can use for the trial, but %20 of the price of the aid,
that means I'd have to pay possibly $500 for just getting out of it? That
doesn't sound right, or does it? Ellen

I wouldn't want to do business with such a person, may I offer a referral in
your area?

Ellen could you please post a follow up and let us know what happens?
I for one would like to hear how this turns out for you.

The endeavor is digital and so is the sequel 2, the original sequel was
analog
