This year, my first ones were $100 for the pair. The second ones
(no-occlusive shape) were $140 per pair. My fitter also enlarged the
vent on the second pair while I waited. They can be had for less on
the internet ... if you're willing to make your own impressions to
send in (they send you the materials to make the impresions).

I have one earmold that is cracked, resulting in unwanted noise and feed
back. Its costing me $45 for a new one. I guess that's not too bad.

Paid $45 for one skeleton mold.
