Background:
Both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Medical Assoc.
proclaimed the Hippocratic Oath dictates psychiatrists and physicians
unequivaclly refuse to design, implement, guide, direct or participate in
the abuse/torture of any human being.
The elected leadership of the American Psychological Assoc. by-passed normal
procedures where approval of APA policy is concerned and issued a
proclamation employing doublethink by proclaiming that although the APA is
against torture, there are all manner of situations where it's OK for
psychologists to design, implement, guide, direct, or participate in
Abuse/Torture of human beings.
The US Military reacted to different positions the different professional
associations took wrrt torture---by announcing in June 2006 the US Military
will use psychologists to assist them in torturing human beings.
Members of the American Psychologist Assoc., whose bylaws were bypassed by
the approval of a policy which had not gone through the normal approval
process, objected to the APA being tainted by the double think of Koocher
and his task force (6 of 10 having military ties) and staged a protest of
the APA's proclaiming it was against torture while simultaneously
proclaiming it's AOK for psychologist to participate in abuse and torture of
human beings.
The APA employment of Orwellian doublethink has made the APA the
laughingstock of the world.
My posting a link to a cartoon demonstrating the FACT that the APA is the
laughingstock of the world...has evidently inflamed the professional
fighters, malicious hackers, and stAUKers whom usenet psychologists have
welcomed as participants of SPP to help psychologists ram their self-serving
opinions down ordinary citizens throats.
Making Psychologists laughingstocks---doubly so.....seeing how
psychologists are the only professionals (lol) who have resorted to
importing professional fighters, malicious hackers, spews/censors,
stAUKers....to strongarm and/or ram their POV down everyone's throats.
