| I have been taking it for several years. First, u might feel diaherra, and
thrist plus metallic taste on tongue. important thing is that your serum Li
concentration has to be near the toxic level so as to have an positive
effect on u. So careful monitor of blood Li concentration is needed. The
mentallic taste gone after a while and u have another side effect and that
is weight gain,,,,

| it also takes around 2 weeks to have postive effect
