How will that help a person with distorted perceptions and a "mixed"
personality disorder?

Have you chosen to be a sane, mature 35? yo man, or are you still assuming
the identity of a psychotically depressed little boy?

Or, are you in-between identities?

I know you hate psychobabble.

But, I recommend you read RD Laing's description of role playing between
psychiatrists and their patients in Self and Others-----as understanding the
role playing may help you shed the last remnants of the identity you
assumed---now you seem poised to break out of the identity you assumed these
last 7-8 years.

this is my opinion and I know many here will disagree, but I think
several on this NG could badly use a new brain. Me among them.

Your brain is fine---despite your effort to chemically destroy it owng to
your distorted perception it was defective.
