Dr. Joe Carver appears to have stolen my idea ( which I posted on usenet)
that psychopathic stalkers like Pablo stalk, harass and libel people who
want nada to do with psychopaths like Pablo, because the psychopaths like
Pablo percieve their targets as vegas slot machines who give stalkers like
Pablo a payoff similiar to the payoff of vegas slot machine, EXCEPT...the
payoff cyberstalkers like Pablo get is measureed in units of vulnernability
they incite in the people whom Pablo viciously stalks and maliciously libels
