Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis. Nasty
stuff. That's the reason I didn't want to take Lamictal. They don't
really know what causes it though. They have to list in the possible
adverse reactions section of the drug insert.

If that seems disturbing, the fact that many over-the-counter medications
have been linked to it will really be scary.
