| Thanks I will ask her about Klonopin..The Remeron never did work as a AD
for me at 45mg but then my pdoc told me to take 60mg of Remeron well it
worked as a AD but it kept me up,so I went back to 45mg then she told me
to take 30mg of Remeron to see if I slept better,, but I slept worse,,so
45mg is good, then instead of 150mg of Trazodone I took 200mg but it
made my sleep worse so I went back to 150,,I will ask her about the
Klonopin but I don't think she'll give it to me she never would give me
Ambien until I ended up in the ER when a doctor there gave it to me
first then she did to, and she never wanted to give me Trazodone ether
until I went to a mental hospital for a day program and the doctor there
gave it to me first then after that she did,,she gives me Ativan only
because I was already on it when I started see'ing her about 5 years
ago.

Can you tolerate benzos well? I've heard klonopin to be very effective
if taken /right/ before sleep...
Check with your pdoc if the Remeron has a stimulant effect - some AD's
too - it might be better to take it in the morning?
Yeah, Ambien is known for poop out. its not a nice one to take if you
have severe depressions too - can bring you down... the klonopin on the
other hand has on its list of effects anti-depressant, anti-manic and
AP.

Well really it was 5,,2 1mg's of
Aivan,,150mgs of Traodone 45mgs of Remeron and 1mg of Melatonin even
with all that I still woke up like 3 hours and 40 mins later so then I
took 12.5 mgs of Paxil and sleep another 4 hours. Sleep is my biggest
problem,
