My consultant has prescribed me some of this to use as a temporary
measure. (I also take 60mg PAroxetine and have for years).

Most of the time I'm OK and never take the Valium and only use it when
I really need to. However, one of the most stressful situations for me
is starting a new job (don't ask !). I get panic attacks, generally
feel totally crappy, and barely able to hang on. Usually, this gets OK
in a few weeks, hence the usefullness of valium for a short time.

Whats a decent dose of Valium to really work and make me happy though?
(I'm a large 250lb fella). Also, how long does a dose last?
Hours/Days?

Also, anybody know of anything better than this? Like I said I'm after
something to use SHORT TERM while things calm down. I appreciate the
dangers involved in these things but I think its worht it short term
to avoid it ruining my life in the meantime.
