Hi Laura,
I use Abilify, a very small amount (5 mg/day) and it has been wonderful for
my tics. It also can help regulate mood in some people. Very few side
effects. Has your doctor recommended it?

| There are no double-blind studies, but 5 case reports for TS, and one "open"
clinical trial is ongoing in Florida.
I use it (although not approved in Canada) for my most difficult patients
and 3 are doing well, 2 very well when nothing else worked.
Dosage is usually 15 mg in my cases.

Thanks for that info, Roger. I can honestly say Abilify has helped to change
my life. Most people now who meet or work with me often have no clue I have
TS. Quite a change!

| My son takes Abilify. He is 12, and he has taken it for about a year.
It is working much better than the Risperdal did. He also tried tenex.
By far, the abilify is the best for him.
