LESLIE E. PACKER HAS REFUSED TO ASK HER FRIEND AND ENLISTED PUNK,
"Taylor Jimenez" (aka Joe Jared) to TAKE THE LETTER WITH IS IN
VIOLATION OF A POLICE AGREEMENT DOWN, thus:

Since the issue of "the letter" (available in altered corrupted
form from PUNK ANONYMOUS STALKER WEB SITES) IS STILL AN ISSUE,

THE RESPONSE IS APPROPRIATE:

AS THIS STORY SHOWS, LESLIE PACKER IS IN VIOLATION OF AN AGREEMENT
SHE MADE WITH POLICE AND IS KNOWINGLY USING A STALKING-BY-PROXY.

THIS IS LESLIE E. PACKER OF New York, aka Licensing Loophole Leslie,
an unethical psychologist who lied to police and continues
KNOWINGLY TO VIOLATE AN AGREEMENT POLICE HAD HER MAKE WITH THEM.

*** The TRUE Leslie Packer/Brad Jesness Story ****

In short, it amounts to the following:
Brad Jesness is a victim of wrongful and malicious behaviors of Leslie
Packer and Brad Jesness has NOT done anything wrong.

Leslie Packer et al
have conducted a vicious smear and defamation campaign that started
long before their bogus complaints to authorities and continued long
after. Packer is a victim ONLY of her own immoral and unethical and
illegal behavior (she is not a victim of Brad). Brad Jesness is a victim
of this
lunatic, Leslie Packer.

Here is the long version (no evidence, whatsoever, exists to contradict
it):

IN LARGE PART BEFORE making bogus compliants against Brad to various
authorities:

Leslie Packer spent years posting to abuse newsgroups
(making over 1000 posts) eliciting and soliciting
hoodlums to help her with her stalking, harassment, lies, and
defamation. This included a year posting to alt.usenet.kooks
WELL over once per day (more than she posted to all other
newsgroups put together). Another year she spend 3 months posting
to hacker and malicious hacker newsgroups off-topic just to make
new pals to harass for her (she post several times a day, typically).

Packer cancelled almost all evidence of her malicious solicitations.
(IN contrast, Brad has cancelled about 3 posts and "nuked" a couple
VS.
likely many 100s of posts cancelled by Leslie Packer -- to hide her
history of defamatory harassment via lies and solicitation of punks to
harass with her.)

Regarding the ONE phone call and only contact Brad Jesness had with ANY
police officer, thanks to this lunatic, Leslie Packer :

Leslie Packer abused and used an ignorant old police officer
to get something, ANYTHING, out of him she could use to further
smear Brad Jesness with,
AND then violated HER OWN AGREEMENT SHE MADE WITH THIS OFFICER.
She is the only one in bad standing with police.

There would have been NO CONTACT WITH Brad Jesness AT ALL,
not even the one phone call would have
been made, IF the old officer had know the difference between
email and newsgroup posts). How does Brad know? Here's how:
IN THE ONE PHONE CALL, Brad quickly cleared up that she was referring
to bulletin board posts and the officer did not cite a single bit of
wrong-doing on my part. <-- read that again.
He then just said Packer was upset and asked
if WE BOTH MAKE EACH OTHER MORE COMFORTABLE ON THE INTERNET --
THAT IS ALL. Brad still to this day have not heard of one thing
he has done wrong NOR does he know of a single thing he has done
wrong.

Many have just been listening to a smear campaign.
A smear campaign that Packer and a few others BEGAN using tactics
of HARASSMENT YEARS LONG BEFORE she called police and falsely
represented things.

Only Leslie Packer has engaged in wrong-doing, between the 2 of them.
As far as Brad Jesness is concerned and as far as some others
are concerned she abused police and filed a false report. THEN
she CLEARLY DISOBEYED AN AGREEMENT SHE MADE WITH POLICE and continued
to use hoodlums she had enlisted to do harassment for her
(like Joe Jared, aka "Taylor Jimenez")

Packer continued her defamation, AGAINST THE AGREEMENT SHE MADE
with police. One should also point out that the _ONLY_ real
harassment that occurred was her against Brad, not Brad against her.
AND she began that harassment over a year before trying to get Brad
in trouble in other ways with authorities (wrongful attempts).

One major example:
Before she filed the bogus charges, both with police and the APA
she promulgated libelous baseless lie (of one Diane Unterspan) and
she did so in a stalking and harassing manner. Brad Jesness never did
anything like this. IF HE DID HIS ENEMIES WOULD BE ABLE TO SHOW IT.

Also, harassment done in a stalking manner was done using an early
"Brad FAQ".

Regarding the APA:

Brad Jesness WAS FOUND TO HAVE NOT EVEN VIOLATED
ANY _ETHICS_ BY THE APA -- of which he was an associate member
(Packer QUIT the APA and so the counter-charges Jesness filed against
her unethical XXX could not be heard).

SO, here is the way it really is:

Leslie Packer, like Dan Rogers, is an unethical professional and some
think she is nuts. She, like Rogers, should NOT practice
(especially since she has NO degree in either counseling or clinical
psychology).

SHE IS VIEWED BY AUTHORITIES AS A PEST AND A KOOK.

Let me say again: Brad is a victim of a lying crazy unethical
psychologist
named Leslie Packer and her smear campaign of lies.

There was a request for an investigation BUT that was all there was.
THERE WAS NO INVESTIGATION.

This is 3 steps from having any proof of law-breaking AT ALL.
Short:
* an investigation
* charges brought
* a conviction.

Let me quote some from one of Brad's web pages, for anyone interested in
more (this may repeat some of what I just said): QUOTING:

the line, some involving what a kook (and hypocrite) Leslie Packer was. "

It is important for Brad to point out that EVEN this single phone
call that was made (and that was the ONLY contact Brad had
with police) likely occurred ONLY because the old officer, who
Packer got to be somewhat "concerned", DID NOT KNOW
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EMAIL AND NEWSGROUP
POSTS! (Certainly if all of Brad's rather numerous newsgroup posts
had been email, then this would be a matter for some concern --
and Brad had to explain the difference to this old confused policeman,
who very soon after this, retired!!) And, it is almost certain that
the
ONLY reason a letter "memorializing" the phone call was produced
was to content Leslie Packer. That letter (which represents NO
investigation AND NO legal order of any kind) reciprocally obtained
an agreement from Packer for her (i.e. for HER part) NOT to engage
in any further defamation of me. Packer's release of "the letter"
to literally Usenet's WORSE stalking punks shows she has NO
respect for her word or for this poor old (fooled) police officer.
Packer, it seems, used an abused a police agency just to generate
something that "looks bad" against Brad Jesness, acting in bad faith.

So basically, what happened was: After six months of harassment by
Leslie Packer , an officer get clarification on things and he finally
called
to inquire to shut the kook, Packer, up.
It is important to realize that ALL Leslie Packer's complaints had to
do with Usenet posts!!! And, all this was 5+ years ago (1999), now --
and at that time
Brad J had rarely if ever posted anonymously. All Brad's Usenet posts
remain part
of the archive record.
You can decide how bad Brad was, or more likely, realize how nuts Packer
is.
You have also now read about how this was preceded by 3+ years of
intentional misrepresentation and lies and harassment and continuous
attempts
at defamation based on these lies, etc.

All this notwithstanding, the hypocritical insane Packer was
"relentless" in her efforts to get Jesness into one kind of trouble or
another (via the APA, authorities and punk hoodlums),
even though this hypocrite had been far more of a harrasser over a long
period of time than Brad had EVER been. This unbelievable behavior can
only
be ascribed to her sickness.

Brad has now been a victim of attempts and stalking/harassment and
defamation based on lies for over 7 years (the last three years, the
dirty
work being handled by cowardly anonymous proxies).

Anyway, eventually the police agency had to say that they would NEVER
take any action on this matter (the KOOK Packer just didn't know when to
quit). THOSE ARE THE SAD FACTS about A SICK PERSON (Packer) in a
field full of sickos. Specifically, these law enforcement people finally
had to say:

" ... [the agency] will not pursue any investigation nor will it
[(the agency)] pursue any prosecution relating to your ongoing
dispute ... any claims of criminal activity in relation to this
dispute should be addressed to local law enforcement. ...
[the agency] will take no action to intervene in your ongoing
dispute " (end quote of very high level MN official of that agency) "

(Packer was a crank, a kook and a pest -- that is all.)

AGAIN: This was an informal phone call and was the only contact with
authorities OF ANY KIND. This was NO formal investigation of any kind

That is the full extent of contact of Brad with authorities of any type.
There
is no evidence of any other actions, warnings or contacts of any sort,
since there were none. The one contact (described in detail above) and no
other contacts of any sort. PERIOD. That is the whole story. No
letters, no
reprimands, no more phone calls, no other contacts whatsoever from any
authorities. In
fact, people may like to know that only once has any one who complained
about
Brad Jesness in any way ever contacted him personally. This speaks more
to the
cowardice and
lack of integrity of his critics than anything, in my opinion.

and using Anonymous Remailers to HIDE his ID calling me Anonymous when a
look at my News Header says this:
