Hi! It's been a long time. Life's been treating me good. How are
you?

I'm a little hesitant about comming back. It looks as if a certain
kook that threatened my family and sent people computer viruses is gone
but I just wanted to be sure.

selling some photography, doing some hiking, travelling, etc. and
spending time with family and friends....Doing really well TS wise....

Wren, it is wonderful to hear from you ... I've really missed you and your
family !!

No ... not gone at all ... just periodic absences ... and some times
inquiring if anyone knows the whereabouts of the others.

Please say hello to everyone for me, and I wish you all a joyous holiday

Nope, I'm still here. ;-)

Actually, I'm not that person (whomever it was).

I don't know you, and I don't like kooks who threaten people. We already
have two things in common!

I join Jo and TSN in welcoming you back! :-)

TSNW, Jo and Pablo are all still here, engaging in aggressive activities
to control the flow of info on this newsgroup.

All the veterans having an ounce of credibility, integrity and character
have all been cowed into unsubscribing, excepting Bob.

Your referring to a fellow human being by such a dehumanizing name suggests
you support the criminal harassment fascists have been engaging in against
other posters to control who posts what to this ng.

Welcome to my killfile.

Wow. I can't express just how much your warm welcome means to me. It
great to see some familliar faces and I hope to make friends out off
the new ones I see. Since I see no sign of the people I hoped to
avoid, I will poke my head out from the closet I've been hiding in.

I hope all has been well with everyone. Life has been pretty low key
for me though I found the time to fall in love and get engaged to a
wonderful man. He is very supportive of me and my ticcing doesn't
bother him in the slightest.
But enough of me, what's new with all of you?

Hi Wren. I've been on a little hiatus myself, but try to "read up" when I can
lately. Welcome. Just a little update about my son fo those of you who remember
me talking about him a bit. He has that shoulder tic that was pretty painful
and bothersome. He went to a new neurolgist that prescribed Zanex at bedtime.
He found that if he is ticcing alot, he then takes the Zanex for a few nights
and it really helps for during the daytime. I think that was a really different
tactic compared to the Clonazapan (sp?) that he had taken. He still prescribed
that too on an as needed basis, but D does not like how he feels on it.

Things have been pretty good here compared to the past summer with my dad . He
recovered nicely from his stroke (Vioxx related) compared to what we were told
he would be like. He's back home, walking and talking....the memory is a bit
gone, but that's ok.

Vacation is coming and it is well needed. Happy holidays to all.

Mea Culpa

I see that Joanne who posts as J & S Brouchard is still posting...

that's two veterans with credibility, integrity and character.. and human
qualities still posting despite their having to rub elbows with persons
totally lacking in credibility, integrity, character or any human
qualities whatsoever.

I'm not sure whether I count, but I haven't unsubscribed.
There have just been no postings upon which (good grammar)
I can usefully and politely comment. That's also true for
at least a couple of nice ex-posters I still communicate

Several months ago you initiated a thread lamenting the lack of supportive
threads.

TSNW immediately derailed your thread by posting an inflammatory reply in
which TSNW falsely depicted the malicious threads she and her pals initiated
to disparage other posters as "supportive" and falsely depicting the
supportive threads other posters initiated as "non-supportive"

I responded to TSNW's flaming posters by her assault on the truth.

You falsely accused me, the respondent, as having derailed your
thread....and insisted I had even after I exposed the maliciousness of the
threads tsnw was calling "supportive".

You revealed your lack of credibility, character and integrity--by your
denying tsnw inflammatory post had derailed that thread----and your
continuing to deny she had even after it was obvious most of the threads she
characterized as "supportive" were extremely malicious.

I wrote more in response to another of your posts. The discussions here ebb
and flow...( wax and wane?....) as the need arises. There are people who
post about a variety of areas of their lives and it helps to get to know
them better. When there is no TS discussion we talk about vacations and
photography and the hunt for jobs. Please be aware that from time to time
we are visited by folks who thrive on upheaval and they do their best to
provide that type of entertainment. Ignor them when they get like that.

Post your questions, share your experiences. We love to hear about the
successes! And we love to respond to the hurts and needs. Sometimes life
gets complicated and we may not hear from someone for weeks or months, but
usually people drop by again to lend their support.

still inventing,
KC

It's too risky to discuss tourette syndrome on alt.support.tourette.

AST is being trolled by too many insane people.

The insane on AST engage in aggressive activities to control the flow of info
on AST so it's favorable to their own insane beliefs. .

Minimally, their aggressive activities include their viciously cyberstalking,
cyberharassing and maliciously libeling posters who post facts which
contradict their delusional beliefs.

In instances where posters persist in posting facts which contradict the
insaniac's delusional beliefs the insaniacs have posted posts LIBELING
posters minor children and veiled and not so veiled threats to create hassles
for posters minor children.

Where posters refuse to be bullied by the insaniacs cyberstalking, harassment
and libel, and vieled threats to hassle minor children, they threaten their
net friends.

Where all such threats fail, they start xposting their posts to AUK to solicit
aggression against the poster by the group cyberstalkers on AUK.

They have even allegedly sicced a PI on a poster and had the PI show up on the
posters doorstep to scare the beejesus out of them.

They welcome the hostile presence of cyberstalkers who stalked posters from
real life, or from other newsgroups.

Furthermore, their posts to posters who post facts contradicts their LIES
consist of an endless stream of posts where they persistently cast doubt on
everythign such such posters say, and relentlessly demean, denigrate,
degrade, devale and dehumanize them to erode the other posters sense of
self-worth, and confidence.

All mentally healthy posters who interact with these pathological liars and
bullies and stalkers for any length of time become hypervigilant in their
interactions with these deranged people.

The deranged insaniacs falsely depict such healthy hypervigilances as paranoia
and shizoid response.

The insaniacs are attempting to brainwash their victims into falsely
believing the victims are mentally deranged and abusive, and the insaniacs are
the long suffering soul...a role reversal known in psychiatric circles as
GASLIGHTING.

The abuse these insaniacs are visiting on innocent people who subscribe to AST
to exchange info and mutural support with regard to tourettes is the worse and
most dangerous sort of abuse there is.

Not only do posters have to be hypervigilant about what the abusers and
stalkers are up to, but they also have to worry about what the victims will
do if the veterans ever succeed in pushing them over the edge.
