this makes me think of the African saying, "Fanga Alafia, Ase, ase"
Meaning, basically, "Welcome, Peace be with you, so be it"

It's a lovely song and a drum rythym, as well. Ase has an / over the
e, and is pronounced "Ah-shay". It too means, "whatever will be , will
be" a phrase concept that appears in many cultures, languages. my
favorite is the jewish/yiddish "Beshert" which has special meaning to
me...."It was meant to be".

off to work now, it's time......

PS- My friend Mike is still in ICU and the situation is still very
severe and complicated...it's been a whirlish week.....thanks to all
who have expressed concern and warm wishes.....prayers, etc...it means
a lot to me. I'm doing well, considering, and have been in a very
Spiritual/meditative place all week, and feel very calm, peaceful, and
loved. It's Beshert.....I wish AST was a place where I could share
some of the recent experiences/connections/synchronicities that have
occured this week..it's just incredible....

Peace,

Jo
