You must have lived right...as it sounds like you are in twice as good
health as a lot of people like me, who are nearly half your age.

About tics in childhood...you could have had complex vocal tics as a
child that you wouldn't have known you manifested unless it was
pointed out to you at the time you were ticcing.

For example, change of intonation in a middle of a sentence to
emphasise a word for no purposeful reason.

You aren't going to even be aware that you did that as a child, let
alone recall doing it---unless someone pointed it out.

Plus, many people's tics are contextual...expressed in a meaningful
sentence just so one can express a word they have an urge to say.

another tic others don't notice is a tic is the habit of repeating
what another said..

also, talking in character or cartoon voices, or baby talk----is
another "tic" you might not realize is a tic.

there's a lot of complex tics that appear purposeful....so you would
never realize they are tics unless you became conscious of everything
you do and say.

Another possibility is if you are taking a multivitamin.

Some of the multivitamin makers manufacture them so they have a
stimulant in them.

And, stimulants can activate TS like tics in people who didn't have
them when not on stimulating substances.
