Finding a doctor who knows something about Lyme

| None of my doctors have been able to give me a diagnosis yet. I have
foot drop in my left foot, progressive weakness in both legs,
incredibily painful wrists (they tell my I have deQuarvein
tenosynovitis), a couple of strange small rashes and sore knee joints.
Nothing is conclusive from my blood test and spinal tap. Can anyone
tell me of a doctor in my area (Cincinnati Ohio) who would be more of
an expert in diagnosing Lyme disease?
Thank you
