of Court...you need the Court's PERMISSION to file an "Amended
Complaint".
AND...they are NOT supplemental. There is only ONE "COMPLAINT". When
you file an "amended COMPLAINT" that "Amended Complaint" is now THE
complaint and supersedes, REPLACES, NOT supplements,prior drafts.
How many times have you now "amended" your complaint without leave of
Court?
Oh, you're going to be very popular with the Judge, no doubt about it.
Did you know there were RULES about these things? And that we expect
people to make reasonable efforts to ascertain what those rules are?
Or did you just assume the rules don't apply to "Lyme activists"?
