I think they oppose religious tolerance unless you're part of their

I didn't understand the Scalia thing at all. And Scalia is a surprising
guy, dunno if you read the gitmo cases, scalia wrote a suprising
opinion in Hamdi, though it was hard to square with what he wrote in
Rasul? And the shockers of last term were scalia in crawford v
washington and the blakely case!
