I guess since they wouldn't allow Vicini to put up his million dollar
home for Bachynsky, he's paying his lawyer instead. Looks like
somebody owes somebody a big, big favor, or somebody's involved on
another level, but wasn't indicted.

The trial is to commence in November. No telling what all stories
will emerge.
