I understood that Bachynsky, indicted by the fed. govt. and the SED is supposed
to go on trial this month. Anyone have news on that?

Bachynsky's trial has been postponed until the end of August 2005. Two
of the four indicted have already pled. One is in custody still and
the other is out on bond. They were to be sentenced in December, after
the trial originally scheduled for November would be over.

However, since the trial has been pushed back, so has their sentencing
date. They are expected to testify at trial against both Bachynsky and
Anders.

Bachynsky is still in the Miami Detention Center where he will remain
until trial.

The SEC had agreed months ago to hold off, awaiting the outcome of the
criminal proceedings, so as not to jeopardize that investigation and
prosecution.
