A suggestion:

Make a page that has a title: "Is Kathleen really crazy"?

Mention that she is on forced psychotropics, that she has been branded a
"terrorist", that her kids have been taken away etc.

Then, put ten or so of her most lucid statements on that page.
Pick the least wacko-sounding ones.

Kathleen has written a lot of stuff that clearly shows she is not crazy and
that she could be a "legal" danger to some powerful people.

Include a few lines in which she offer scientific evidence for her position
and back it up with footnotes pointing to publications. Include the
publications as mirrorred documents on the site.

This page will serve as an important tool for journalists to be able to
support Kathleen's case. If they simply would look at her website, they
would think she's crazy.

But if you look objectively at her case and look at the evidence presented
against her, and Kathleen's most lucid statements, then it becomes
overwhelmingly clear that she has been set up.

There are more things you could do.

You could include another page with victims of government/corporate
collusion on Lyme. You can include Lisa Masterson (yourself).

Another way to score credibility with journalists is to give sources.
When you say that two MD's have commited suicide bec. they were barred from
treating Lyme, if I were an average journalist I would say: "Well, this is
just bullshit".

If you disclose those MD's names then perhaps their suicide contributes to
saving a life.

Misplaced "political correctness" and hiding in the dark afraid of
ligitation will NOT give you credit with the journaille.

Then, another page is useful with medical publications about how Lyme causes
neurological changes, how it is devilishly hard to treat etc.

Mirror all documents according to "fair use" permissions. Only include the
very best documents.

I think the website itself looks very good.
The only thing it needs is hard evidence, crystal-clear case presentation
and incentives for journalists world-wide to build a nice story.

You have to basically write that story. But you can only present journalists
with a juicy story when you do all the hard work of mentioning sources,
cross-referencing data, make it easy to verify your statements etc.

You could prepare a "press statement" as a PDF + Word document that anyone
can use.

Another thing: Kathleen could become more of a "person" (and invite pity
etc.) if you put a photo of her on the site. Choose a portrait in which she
looks into the lense (and doesn't look weird, find a good picture or
nothing).

Then, another page you need is personal testimonies about Kathleen.
Like: "I have visited Kathleen many times and she is a wonderful mother",
that sort of thing.

BUT: Signed with name + city!

I am afraid that your laudable initiative will fizzle because frankly, both
you and Kathleen ARE a bit wacky and both have shown that you are grossly
inefficient in presenting your case.

Last time I tried to be helpful I asked some info of you.
You ignored me.

With a website, your goal is to deliver info to journalists and
decision-makers.

Your website witholds that information.

If you want a shot at helping your & Kathleen's case, you have to loose your
fears and give much more information.

Maybe we can form LymeRage units, based on location, and call them
Infected
Cells. Hello, John Ashcroft. Just kidding, Mr. AG..
I am watching the Red Sox, and the Curse of the Bambino seems to
be especially powerful tonight..

NO.

Clearly, you don't "get it". Lisa is not telling the whole truth. She
has omitted the little detail of Kathleen's hearing(s)(?) concerning
her mental competency and how she wound up in a state psychiatric
facility.

I am talking about a situation where she had the right to counsel and
the right to present evidence and witnesses on her behalf and to
cross-examine those of the state.

Yet, the little Chihuahua alleges a "gross civil rights abuse".

Why?

Did you ever hear the expression "two sides to every story"?

Did it ever occur to you that there might be another aspect to this of
which you just might not be aware? And...that you, therefore, are
really in no position to judge?

Did it ever occur to you that you do not have to reply to every
posting here with some mindless drivel that then forces others to have
to waste their time to correct?

from website: "Kathleen has come under intense pressure to sign a
piece of paper stating that she agrees that her beliefs regarding
fraud, conspiracy and racketeering among certain Lyme researchers and
government officials are a manifestation of delusional disorder."

Question 1: Is this the kind of thing someone would do to a
psychiatric patient -- make them sign a document? It doesn't make
sense.

Question 2: If I were being held in a hospital because they considered
my beliefs delusions, I would not sign the paper but I also would keep
the beliefs to myself for the duration of the stay. Is Kathleen
continuing to discuss this with her evaluators at the psychiatric
hospital? If so, does this seem smart?

In short, it seems not to make sense. Lisa, no offense, a sane person
would keep such beliefs to herself for the moment so she could be
released. If Kathleen is trying to prove "the Lyme conspiracy" to
doctors in a psychiatric hospital, who think she has paranoid
schizophrenia, perhaps she should change her "exit strategy."

Like a little yapping dog whose owners moved away and have left her
chained to a stake in the backyard...

....where all she can do is piteously yap out, "McSweegan, McSweegan".

Sorta just tears your heart out, don't it?

Should we...dare we...ask what the source of this "information" is?

As I have said before, I hope Kathleen gets the help she needs and I
would also express a concern that she not be denied antibiotic
treatment based on current "negative" test results...

....but here we are again...it's ALL about Kathleen.

All the time.

No, Frank.

Kathleen was placed in a psychiatric ward by court order through a
legal process...a judge ordered her there for her own good.

She got there, by the way, apparently from threatening, abusing and
harrassing people. Perhaps a word to the wise.

Lisa just refuses to acknowledge this FACT...or even mention
it...deliberately trying to leave the impression that Kathleen was
somehow victimized...

....so that Lisa can continue to spout her lunacy at Kathleen's
expense.

It's a legal process.

We don't try these things on the internet.

(Aren't you the VERY same person who insisted that Kathleen was a
"NUTCASE"...

....just a few dys ago?

ROFLAMAO.

(Did Lisa give you a good talking to? Bad, bad Frank).

While these all seem like VERY valid questions Greg but, weren't you the one
backing Lisa and her website about Kathleen? Wasn't this blurb I've cut and
Pasted here something YOU just put on this newsgroup about that web site the
other day?

Now are you backsliding here? Which is it Greg? Seems like derdrittemann made
some sense and now you're not sure what side to be on? You really need to think
before you type..
Now ofcourse because I answered this Lisa and her gutter style class will say
how I"m so and so's girlfriend blah blah her usual slobby mouth spewing...
Which is funny because I don't even know who these people are and that includes
this Mcsweegan (sp?) person so I could care less what she posts or thinks but
as far ask Kathleen's case goes, it's very sad what has happened to her but I'm
sure there's ALOT more to this than what is posted here on this newsgroup.
As for this HUGE lyme conspiracy I wish someone would point out very simply
why there's this HUGE conspiracy.. I guess to treat Lyme costs more than say
cancer? I find that VERY hard to believe.. I also find it hard to believe that
this ONE illness is the ONLY illness that medical doctors are getting kick
backs from insurance and pharmacuticle companies on...Looks to me like AIDS,
EBOLA and things of the like would be more of a threat but then again I guess
I"m just not paranoid enough right?
And ofcourse Lisa and her little cronies will now say how I'm anti lyme blah
blah as if I cared... Looks like a few people around here have really flipped
their wigs and are in need of some serious mental help..
The saddest part of all is they can't see it..What a pity for them.

You are confused and need to be more attentive to congnitive issues
like tracking and following the details in reading ...this was posted
by Greatcod, and isn't something I would EVER say regarding the
situation. I suggest that you go back to the original post instead of
pulling text embedded 10 layers deep within double and triple columns
of carrots. Since you are NOT able to cognitively track in this
fashion in an accurate manner, you should always make sure to go back
to the original post before making unfounded, incorrect, aggressive
and hostile accusations. You of all people should understand how
unpleasant it is to be maligned in print. If you are going to do it,
make sure you are correct. Have a nice day. Gregory Gerber
