Hi I know that there are bed wedges out there, I was wondering if anyone
makes something similar for office chairs as I'm in front of a computer for
several hours each day. Or maybe there's a certain way I can position my
chair to relieve the discomfort of the reflux thanks.

Reclining a little bit. A 90 degree bend at the waist will increased
intraabdominal pressure, which will promote reflux.
