Bill,

I've read many of your posts and I agree that surgery should be the
very last option. I am on 80mg of protonix daily and am trying to do
yoga and meditate and hope that I can slowly get better.

I understand your explanation of keeping the acid away from the
esophegus and allow for healing time. But what if I have LPR where the
acid hits my vocal cords regardless of gravity? If I skip my protonix
even once a day, my throat stings and burns. This is during the day
when I'm not lying down.
