Are there any natural spices such as cinnamon or nutmeg
or ginger that are good for treating and relieving
GERD?

Be interesting to know the answer. All I know is that while peppermint
is often suggested for stomach problems, it can exacerbate LES problems,
I guess it relaxes the muscles even more.
