What do I eat for Gerd/Ulcers or Reflux

| I have had a pain in my left side under my ribs...
It occurs after I eat at times...
I dont really have heartburn.
How do I know if its an ulcer?
Ive been taking pepcid, but I had a bloody nose this am and was told
that Pepcid sometimes causes easy bleeding...
Im aggravated

I have none of these
Symptoms and Causes of GERD
Frequent heartburn is the most common symptom. However, patients may
also experience some of the following:
a.. sour or bitter taste
b.. bitter stomach fluid coming into the mouth, especially during
sleep
c.. hoarseness
d.. repeatedly feeling a need to clear the throat
e.. difficulty swallowing food or liquid
f.. wheezing or coughing at night
g.. worsening of symptoms after eating, or when bending over or lying
down.
