had a tremendous dinner.....veg's Chicken, and scalloped potatoes.
After dinner I had butter cookies and chocolate. That should help the
old GERD, eh! LMAO.

I had to give it a shot to see what the effets will be as I am going on
a cruise in early Jan, and there will be some seriouse food sinning for
about 10 days. WOW!
