| Low Back Pain Sufferers,
I suffered with chronic pain in my lower back for the better part of 25
years - I'm 42 now. This pain seemed to radiate from the area where my
spine connects to my hip bones. It just felt like my lower spine was
compressed causing nerves to be pinched - which is what I believed was
causing the pain.
I tried everything - lousy doctors, lousy chiropractors, lousy massage
therapists, Rolfing, exercise, diet, whirlpool baths, hotpads, cold
pads, drugs, acupuncture, etc.
Nothing worked!
So, anyway, I was in Walmart the other day having my car worked on, and
I was wondering around the Sporting Goods section when I saw something
called an Inversion Table. What is this thing? I always thought that
hanging upside down would help my back. I remember seeing Richard Gere
using Gravity Boots in the movie American Gigolo and wished I could do
that! Now I can!
I'm here to tell you, and I not trying to sell you anything, if you
have lower back pain you owe it to yourself to try an Inversion Table.
I bought mine at Walmart for $150, and it's the best $150 I've ever
spent.
I've been using it for about a month and I'm on my way to being lower
back pain free! I get on it twice a day after taking a hot shower and
the thing just stretches my back right out! I've had several good
"pops" and what I call "shifts" where I can just feel the vertebra in
my back "pulling" apart! The sciatica I felt in my lower back, left
butt cheek, and left leg is 90% gone!
I'll reply to anyone who has questions!
Tom
